Nestled in the outskirts of Aarhus is a tiny club house and a long pier that stretches into the ocean. Here, a community of winter bathers strip away their clothes in the dark of morning. Each person seeks something different, but the experience is the same. Approximately 400 bathers share a daily ritual of entering the ocean at dawn. Some swims are long, some swims are short — but most members would prefer not to ever miss a day. Some call it an addiction, some call it healing; most find this experience so gratifying that they end up returning for decades. This is the Ballehage Bath Club.

The Berlin based change maker loves to support teams and individuals in building community and help realizing projects like eco-villages, responsible business, social start-ups, cultural hubs, healing centers and all that is in line with values for a sustainable society. Social Presencing Theater (SPT) is a social technology that has a high potential to serve societal change. 2014 Manuela got in touch with SPT and experienced it since as tremendously powerful and truly innovative in building resilient teams and the connection to one Self. The video served her for her 2015 crowdfunding campaign, to fund her year-long advanced training in New York State.
